Because we process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders or if you simply change your mind. We kindly ask you to double-check your order details before checking out!

Damaged or Defective Items

Did your item arrive less than perfect? Don't worry, we've got you covered!
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once our team verifies it, we will happily send you a brand-new replacement at absolutely no additional cost to you.
